We are looking to bring on a Buyer’s Agent to nurture as they work out of the Salem, Oregon RE/MAX Integrity office with the ability to work the entire Willamette Valley and Surrounding Areas.

Job Description:

    A good buyer's agents understands the impact home ownership has on the individual. They understand the importance of relationships and strive to build them. The ideal buyer's agent summons their best self to serve their clients, their community, and all those they care for.

• Follow and embrace team standards
• Learning the business from a mentor 
• Following up with leads in a timely and consistent manner
• Generating leads through open houses, social media, and other sources
• Connecting leads with lenders to facilitate pre-approval
• Turning leads into active clients
• Creating property searches
• Scheduling and completing showings
• Communicating with necessary parties (Listing Agents, Transaction Coordinators, Admin, Lenders, etc.)
• Writing offers and negotiating on behalf of your buyers
• Guiding clients through their transaction
• Providing coverage for other agents on the team within reason

Ideal candidates should have:

• Real Estate License
• Reliable transportation

Commission Structure:

     The commission structure is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process.

Buyer's Agents will be expected to use:

• CRM Platform
• Transaction Management Software
• E-Signature Software
• Multiple Listing Service Programs (Paragon/WVMLS/RMLS)
• Max Center

Training and Support:

     We provide comprehensive training and mentorship in person by a seasoned real estate professional with extensive transaction experience. Additionally, there are numerous RE/MAX resources, transaction coordinators, administrative support, accountability, and coaching on systems and tools.
